Staff
Little Wagon was licensed by the State's Office of Child Care Services
(OCCS) in 2005. Our staff's qualifications meet or exceed OCCS requirements.
The staff-child ratio also meets and exceeds requirements. All staff have
taken First Aid and pediatric CPR.
Program Director
Paula Phipps has been
an educator for 25 years. During 10 years as an administrator of early
childhood programs in the Boston area and during her teaching time, she
helped to bring preschools and kindergartens to national Accreditation
Standards. She received an M.Ed. from the Eliot-Pearson School at Tufts
University and has taught young children in traditional classrooms, and in
therapeutic preschools. Ms. Phipps is a multiculturalist and an advocate for
children.
